How to order the fabric?
Fabric is ordered by the meter. Simply 'Add to Cart' and it will bring you to the next page where you are able to enter the quantity you need. (see photos for the measurements in relation to the fabrics).
How to wash & care the fabric?
Cold Machine Wash. Do not bleach. Do not soak. Do not spot clean. Dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble. Warm Iron. Dry cleanable.

Do you accept Wholesale orders for your fabrics?
Unfortunately I cannot provide wholesale service at the moment. However, I am happy to provide trade orders for all the sewers or fashion designers.
What are the material of the wallpaper and inks?
We use wallpapers from Avery Dennison. The wallpapers we choose from Avery Dennison are durable, perfect for uneven paints slightly textured surfaces, through low surface energy substrates such as plastics, powder coat paints, and fiberglass.
The wallpaper is PVC free and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wallpaper. Why is it important that the wallpaper is FSC certified? It is important because the Forest Stewardship Council has certified that the paper is coming from a responsibly managed forest. The material of the wallpaper is carefully chosen so that it is not harmful to you or to the environment.
The inks that my printing partner use on the wallpaper are HP Latex inks which are water based and recyclable. The inks provide an odourless and sustainable printing environment.
I work with my printing supplier who also provides installing services. They have years of experience in wallpaper installation and have great reputation in what they do. I would suggest my customers to engage them to install the wallpapers because as easy as it sounds installing wallpapers is an expertise on its own.
The wallpaper comes in 120cm wide.
How to order wallpaper mural
- Measure the height and width of the wall where you want to install the wallpaper mural;
- Order the wallpaper mural design by placing the square metre that you need for your wall. The price of each wallpaper mural is per square metre;
- If you want to change the color of the design to suit the color scheme of your room, please leave me a message at the checkout. I am able to do that for you after receiving your order and during the process;
- Upon receiving your order, I will send you a email with a mock-up of your design to the dimension you provided. This is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the size and design before the printing process begins;
- Once the size and design is approved by you, I will have it printed and shipped to you.
What packaging do you use?
We are conscious about the environment and as a brand we always be as sustainable as we can be. We re-use packaging that come in to us from suppliers, and we use compostable delivery bags. The stickers and tissue papers we use are from noissue and are eco-friendly products.

Within New Zealand:
Free Shipping for orders over $150
$5 for sewing patterns; $15 for other items including fabrics and clothing. $30 for wallpaper mural

NZ Post & Australia Post untracked service: $15 for sewing patterns; $30 for other items including fabrics and clothing. $100 for wallpaper mural.
To Europe: Shipping is calculated at checkout with a minimum cost of $50 for sewing pattern and $80 for fabric and/or clothing. Contact Maggie for the shipping cost for wallpaper mural.
Rest of the world: Shipping is calculated at checkout with a minimum cost of $40 for sewing pattern and $60 for fabric and/or clothing. Contact Maggie for the shipping cost for wallpaper mural.

Delivery to Autralia and overseas, all the parcels are sent via NZ Post with no tracking services.
If you prefer to have tracking for your order, please either send me a email prior to your online purchase, or write a note at the check out. Additional charges will be applied for tracking.
Track & Trace are provided for all deliveries.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed within the same day, orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Within New Zealand
For all orders within New Zealand we use Aramex (Formerly Fastway) or Courier Post. Target delivery time is overnight for major cities in North Island, and two working days for other areas. Longer delivery time for rural deliveries.Please note that these are only estimated delivery time and cannot guaranteed.
To Australia and Worldwide
For all Australian and International orders we use the Air freight service of New Zealand Post. Deliveries will take 8-15 days depending on your location. Please note that these are only estimated delivery time and cannot guaranteed. Delivery to areas outside major cities / if your item is held in Customs, can take longer.
We use couriers for all out New Zealand deliveries. Every parcel is automatically tracked. Details of the deliveries will be emailed to you. Please note once we have couriered your parcel with 'Signature Required' the courier driver will not have Authority to Leave. If you do not want this service please request the Non Signature service when placing your order. Once a parcel has been picked up by the Courier, we (Maggie Lam Surface Design) do not take responsibility for any delayed processing on their part, we will however endeavour to assist you in locating your parcel.
All our deliveries within New Zealand are covered by the standard insurance of the courier company. If you have special insurance requirements please inform us upfront so we can quote you accordingly. If your order hasn't turned up, then please contact us via email@example.com. We will work together to resolve the issue, whether that means resending the order or issuing you a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Maggie takes pride in her fabrics. She makes sure that her fabrics and prints are very high standards. She will not send anything that she is not happy with. But in the unlikely occasion that you receive a faulty fabric, or your purchase has been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
