How to order the fabric?

Fabric is ordered by the meter.  Simply 'Add to Cart' and it will bring you to the next page where you are able to enter the quantity you need. (see photos for the measurements in relation to the fabrics). 

How to wash & care the fabric?

100% Linen:

Cold Machine Wash.  Do not bleach.  Do not soak.  Do not spot clean. Dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble. Warm Iron. Dry cleanable.

What packaging do you use?

We are conscious about the environment and as a brand we always be as sustainable as we can be. We re-use packaging that come in to us from suppliers, and we use compostable delivery bags. The stickers and tissue papers we use are from noissue and are eco-friendly products.

Do you accept Wholesale orders?

Yes absolutely. Please contact Maggie to enquire about trade or wholesale orders.

Are you looking for stockists for your fabric collection?

Yes, I do. I would love to see many people being able to enjoy my fabrics. The more stockists the merrier. However, I do want to keep one stockist per city. So, if you would like to be a stockist for my fabric I would love to hear from you. 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery cost
Within New Zealand and Australia 
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150.

Worldwide
For all International orders under $150 the postage is $30 NZD. (Please contact us first if you would like to purchase over 5m of fabrics or more in one order).

* Delivery to Autralia and overseas, all the parcels are sent via NZ Post with no tracking services.  If you prefer to have tracking for your order, please either send me a email prior to your online purchase, or write a note at the check out.  Additional charges will be applied for tracking. 

Delivery time
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed within the same day, orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Within New Zealand
For all orders within New Zealand we use Aramex (Formerly Fastway) or Courier Post. Target delivery time is overnight for major cities in North Island, and two working days for other areas. Longer delivery time for rural deliveries.Please note that these are only estimated delivery time and cannot guaranteed.

To Australia and Worldwide
For all Australian and International orders we use the Air freight service of New Zealand Post. Deliveries will take 8-15 days depending on your location. Please note that these are only estimated delivery time and cannot guaranteed. Delivery to areas outside major cities / if your item is held in Customs, can take longer.

Delivery service
We use couriers for all out New Zealand deliveries. Every parcel is automatically tracked. Details of the deliveries will be emailed to you.  Please note once we have couriered your parcel with 'Signature Required' the courier driver will not have Authority to Leave. If you do not want this service please request the Non Signature service when placing your order. Once a parcel has been picked up by the Courier, we (Maggie Lam Surface Design) do not take responsibility for any delayed processing on their part, we will however endeavour to assist you in locating your parcel.

Lost item
All our deliveries within New Zealand are covered by the standard insurance of the courier company. If you have special insurance requirements please inform us upfront so we can quote you accordingly. If your order hasn't turned up, then please contact us via hello@maggielam.co.nz. We will work together to resolve the issue, whether that means resending the order or issuing you a refund.

Returns and Exchanges
Maggie takes pride in her fabrics. She makes sure that her fabrics and prints are very high standards. She will not send anything that she is not happy with. But in the unlikely occasion that you receive a faulty fabric, or your purchase has been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Covid 19 Delivery Delays
Please be aware our couriers are experiencing high volumes of parcels which may result in delays when delivering your parcel. We appreciate your patience.
